After managing to avoid winter since 2005, I am now living in lower Manhattan. Even yesterday, when it was just raining all day with temperatures in the 60s, I was cold. I did the evening dog walk in the outer shell of my North Face jacket with a wool hat and rain boots! I now have a variety of boots, including hiking boots like the Treksta evolution Mid, waterproof Timberlands, and a very cute pair of black Ed Hardy faux Uggs. I am ready for winter!
